Surya Namaskar Kaise Kare | सूर्य नमस्कार

Surya Namaskar mein kul 12 asan hote hain. Ye yoga vyayam ka laabh pahunchata hai.  Ys body ko nirog aur healthy banata hai. Estri, purush, bradh athwa bache sabhi ke liye ye faydemand hai.

Surya Namaskar ki sthitiyon ke bare main aur eske laabh ke bare mein ab hum bat karenge.

Surya Namaskar jaisa ki bhartiya sanskriti mein lagbhag jansadharan esse parichit hai. Surya Namaskar ek aise kriya hai jaise din 12 hours ka day hota hai. Ussi tarah Surya Namaskar mein bhi 12 awasthaye hoti hain.  Aur Surya Namaskar main abhyas subeh morning mein ugte suraj ke samne karna chahiye.

Surya Namaskar ke abhyas se body kantiman hota hai. Face mein nikhar aata hai. Body ki atirikt asthulta nasth ho jaati hai. Pet mein, kamar mein, thigh mein jo atirikt fat aur charbi jama ho jata hai, eske niymit abhyas karne se wo slowly slowly khatam ho jata hai.  

Surya Namaskar ke abhyas se hamare pure jo tantrika tantra hai, narbhas system hai us par bahut he anukul prabhav padta hai. Hamare fafdo ka vikas hota hai. Udar se sambandhit samst bimariyan khatam ho jati hai.  

Skin rogiyon ke liye, jinhe charam rog ki bimari hai. Unke liye Surya Namaskar ek bahut he labhkari upaye hai. Sir se lekar pair tak koi bhi ang aisa nahi hai jis par Surya Namaskar ka prabh nahi padta hai.

Surya Namaskar ek aise kriya hai jisme asan, pranayam aur mudra labdh ek sath liya ja sakta hai.

Surya Namaskar Ki Vidhi | सूर्य नमस्कार की विधि

  1. Pranamasana
  2. Hasta Uttanasana
  3. Hastapaadasana
  4. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (opposite foot forward from 4, hands often on earth )
  5. Adho Mukha Svanasana / parvatasana
  6. Ashtanga Namaskara
  7. Bhujangasana
  8. parvatasana
  9. .Aekpaadprasarnaasana (ashwa sanchalanasana)
  1. padahastasana
  2. Hasta Uttanasana
  3. Pranamasana
  4. Pranamasana –  dono pero ko jodkar sidhe khade ho jaye. Aur hatheli ko jod kar dono hathon ko apne dil ke paas le aaye. Aur apni swaas ko chore.
  5. Hasta Uttanasana –dono pero ko jodkar sidhe khade ho jayein. Hatheliyon ko samne ki aur rakhte hue apne hatho ko upar ki aur khiche. Aur apne sharir ko piche ki aur le aye. Sans khiche.
  6. Hastapaadasana –dono pero ko jodkar sidhe khade ho jaye. Hatho ko upar utha kar rakhte hue ghutno ko bina mode aage ki aur jhuk. Dono pero ke dono taraf haath ki hatheliyon ko puri tarah chute hue rakh le. Sir ko pero ki taraf le jaye. Aur maathe ko ghutno se laga le. Swash chore.
  7. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (opposite foot forward from 4, hands often on earth ) –baye per ko dono hatheliyon ke bich mein rakhe aur daaye per ko piche ki aur sidha rakhe. Baye ghutne aur panje ko jameen se laga de. Apne sir ko upar ki aur uthaye. Saans khiche.  
  8. Adho Mukha Svanasana / parvatasana –apne dono pero ko jod kar rakhte hue age ki aur jhuk kar hatheliyon ke bich main kandho ki jitni chodaeye ki duri rakhte hue apne nitamb ko upar ki aur uthaye. Aur sir hathon ke bich mein la kar aise rakhe ki pura sharir trikon akar ke saman ho jaye. Saans chore.
  9. Ashtanga Namaskara –hatheliyon ke bich main kandho ki chodaye jitni duri rakhte hue hatheliyon ko jameen par rakh kar sharir ko niche ki aur la kar athon ango ko jameen par laga de. Saans chodne ki bad ki sthiti ko banaye rakhna hai.
  10. Bhujangasana –  dono hatho ko chaati ke samne rakhte hue pero ko sidhe aur talvo ko upar ki aur rakhkar naabhi ke upar ke sharir ko upar uthaye. Aur apne hatho par santulit kare. Aur sir ko pero ki aur khiche. Saans khiche.
  11. Parvatasana –dono pero ko jod kar rakhte hue aage ki aur jhuk kar hatheliyon ki beech mein kandho ki chodaye jitni duru rakhte hue nitamb ko upar ki aur uthaye. Aur sir ko hatho ki beech mein lekar aise rakhe ki pura sharir trikon akar ke saman ho jaye. Saans chore.
  12. Aekpaadprasarnaasana (ashwa sanchalanasana) –apne daye per ko dono hatheliyon ke bich mein rakhe aur bayein per ko piche ki aur sidha rakhe. Bayein ghutne aur panje ko jameen se laga de sir ko upar ki aur uthaye. Saans khiche.
  13. Padahastasana –dono pero ke dono taraf dono hatheliyon ko jameen par puri tarah chute hue rakh le. Aur dono pero ko sidha kar le. Apne sir ko pero ki taraf le jaye. Aur apne mathe ko ghutne se laga le. Saans chore.
  1. Hasta Uttanasana –dono pero ko jodkar sidhe khade ho jaye. Hatheliyan samne ki aur rakhte hue hatho ko upar ki aur khiche aur shrir ko piche ki aur le aye. Saans khiche.
  2. Pranamasana –dono pero ko jodkar sidhe khade rehte hue hatheliyan jod kar dono hathon ko apne dil ke paas le aaye. Saans chore.

Savdhaniya | सावधानियां

Hernia, merudand, gambhir hardya rog, chakkar ana rogiyon ko surya namaskar nahi karna chahiye.
Abhyas se pehle chikitsak ki salah jarur le aur yog shikshak ki dekh rekh main he abhyas karen.
